高速逆流色谱在天然产物分离中的方法学研究 被引量:9

摘要 高速逆流技术是近20年来发展起来的一种新型的色谱分离技术。本文介绍了高速逆流色谱的发展历程和研究现状,以及近年来该技术在天然产物分离研究方面的创新之处。同时对高速逆流色谱进行了方法学研究,着重探讨了分配系数的测定方法及其与分离度,峰宽等色谱参数之间的关系,详尽地总结了溶剂系统选择的规律,展望了其应用前景。 High-speed counter-current chromatography is a new type of chromatographic technology developed in recent 20 years. The paper introduced appearance and present research condition of HSCCC, and summarized latest innovation in separation of natural products. Then it presented methodology study of HSCCC, explored the determination of partition coefficient and its rela- tionship with peak width and resolution. Moreover the rules of solvent system selection were discussed detailedly and the prospect of HSCCC was portrayed in the end.
