薪酬管理是人力资源管理中的重要内容,它直接作用于员工,同时对组织绩效产生影响,进而影响企业的人力资源效率,本文就基于此,主要从薪酬体系对人力资源的传导和促进作用方面加以分析,希望得出一个二者的具体的合理联系:薪酬体系在激励人力资源效率层次上究竟扮演什么角色,薪酬体系的各个环节对人力资源效率的贡献率和平衡性方面是怎样的具体作用,从员工和组织两个层面上深入分析薪酬体系对人力资源效率的影响。
The salary management is an important part in the human resources management. It directly act on the staff, and simultaneously influences the organization achievements, thus affecting enterprise's human resources efficiency, based on which this paper mainly analyzes the conduction and the promotion of the salary system to the human resources, with the hope of obtaining a concrete reasonable relationship: the role played by the salary system in increasing human resources efficiency; concrete function which the salary system has in the efficient and balanced aspects of the human resources. An analysis is made of the influence of the salary system on human resource efficiency from staff and organization aspects.
