摘要
杭州前进齿轮箱集团公司设计开发的HC8S-120型汽车变速器存在副箱高低档同步器磨损严重的问题,该问题是由于变速器副箱在高低档换档时主箱齿轮先接合引起。提出了增加互锁装置的改进设计方案:在换档机构处于运动状态时,通过信号传递,锁住主箱换档机构使其处在空档位置,在同步器接合完毕以后,解除主箱换档机构互锁,最终较好地解决了高低档同步器的磨损问题。
HC8S-120 Vehicle Transmission,which is designed and developed by Hangzhou Advance Gearbox Group CO.Ltd,exists a problem that synchronizer of high and low gear abrades badly.The problem is caused by main gear box engaging firstly when auxiliary transmission shifting,and advances modified design of adding interlocking mechanism.when gear shift mechanism is working,main gear box is neutral position by signal transmission,after synchronizer engages,main gear box's gear shift mechanism is unchained in interlocking,the problem that synchronizer of high and low gear abrades badly is solved ultimately.
