摘要
运用空间机构运动学方法建立某皮卡车麦弗逊式独立悬架的数学模型,给出其运动特性参数的计算方法。同时还应用ADAMS软件,建立同种悬架和转向系的多体运动学模型,对麦弗逊式悬架的运动进行仿真分析。采用两种方法计算、仿真结果的一致性表明这两种方法都是分析麦弗逊式悬架运动特性行之有效的方法。且使悬架的设计计算更为简单、准确、清晰,在实际应用中提高了工作效率。
A mathematical model of a McPherson independent suspension was built.The kinematical characteristics of McPherson independent suspension were analyzed basing on the method of spatial mechanism kinematics.Simultaneously,a multi-body kinematical model of a McPherson independent suspension and the steering system was developed using ADAMS/CAR module.The similar suspension kinematical characteristics were also implemented.The consistence of both results showed that either method is accurately fit for analyzing the kinematical characteristics of McPherson suspension.
