摘要
蛋白质组学研究的核心技术是蛋白质成分的分离和鉴定。通过鉴定蛋白质组结构、功能及其各蛋白质间的相互作用关系,最终实现蛋白质组表达模式和功能模式的研究,其表达模式的鉴定技术主要有以质谱为核心的技术、蛋白质微测序和氨基酸组成分析等。了解肽和蛋白质的序列对理解其功能具有重要意义,测定其序列也是当前生命科学研究中的重要内容之一。质谱作为高灵敏度的测定分子结构的仪器,其高灵敏度、广泛的适用性及快速性等特性使它具有很大潜力,发展成为辅助传统测序方法的新方法,并得到了广泛的关注。
The important technique of the proteomic study is separating the omposition of protein and its identificating. By validating the structure and function of the protein and the interaction of each protein, we can carry out the research of the expression mode and function mode of the protein. The identification of protein expression mode is mainly of mass spectrogram technique, protein sequencing and amino acids sequence analysis etc. It's important to know the sequence of protein to understand its function. Sequencing a protein is also one of the important contents in the current life science research. The mass spectrogram is a sort of instrument with intelligent and extensive applicability etc. This characteristic makes it the great potential to become a new method as an assist to traditioned method, and got extensive concern.
