摘要
密封胶中一般使用硅油作为润滑剂和增塑剂,有些厂家为了降低成本,使用矿物油代替硅油,由此,降低了中空玻璃的密封性能,并给中空玻璃带来了诸多危害。文中论述了矿物油与丁基胶相溶的原理,并通过一组照片描述了矿物油对中空玻璃的危害。
In general silicone oil is used as lubricant in sealant. For reducing cost purpose some glass factories employ mineral oil instead of silicone oil , which deteriorates the sealing behavior of insulating glass unit and bring a lot of damage to insulating glass unit . The compatibility of mineral oil and butyl rubber was described and the negative effect of mineral oil on insulating glass unit was presented by a set of photograph.
