摘要
文章回顾了我国师范生免费教育的历史,分析了《教育部直属师范大学师范生免费教育实施办法(试行)》的积极意义,提出了落实和完善《办法》各项政策的建议。
The essay reviews the history of free education for Students Majoring in Teaching, analyzes the positive meanings of the Measures for the Implementation of Free Education of Students Majoring in Teaching at the Normal Universities Directly under the Ministry of Education (for Trial Implementation) and puts forward some proposals for how to carry out and perfect the new policy.
