摘要
分别采用水泥胶砂耐磨性试验方法与混凝土及其制品耐磨性试验方法(滚珠轴承式)研究了不同颗粒分布的水泥胶砂及其混凝土的耐磨性能,并通过压汞法检测了不同颗粒分布的水泥配制的混凝土砂浆的孔隙率。试验结果表明:颗粒分布较宽的水泥,其砂浆与混凝土的耐磨性能均优于颗粒分布较集中的水泥。较宽的颗粒分布使水泥砂浆或混凝土具有良好的密实性及孔结构,有利于耐磨性的提高。
The abrasion resistance of mortar and concrete prepared by cement with different particle size distribution (PSD) was studied, which was tested through the method of wear abrasion for cement mortar and abrasion resistance of concrete (ball bearing method ).Also the porosity of mortar separated from the concrete is measured by mercury intrusion method.The results showed that the abrasion resistance of cement mortar and concrete produced by the cement with wide PSD was better than that with the narrow.Cement with wide PSD could increase the compactibility,reduce the porosity, and further enhance the abrasion resistance of cement mortar and concrete.
