临界模式功率因数校正电路的仿真与实验研究 被引量:2

Simulation and experimental research of the PFC converter of the boundary mode

摘要 介绍了一种用控制芯片MC33262组成500W的功率因数预调整器电路,分析了基于BOOST的临界模式功率因数校正电路的原理,推导了临界条件,并进行了PSPICE仿真和实验。实验结果证明能达到0.99以上的功率因数,总谐波畸变小于0.9,最后给出了实例。 A 500W preregulator based on MC33262 is presented and simulated by software PSPICE. The principle of power factor corrected circuit based on BOOST in boundary mode is analyzed in the paper. The condition of boundary is derived. A high power factor and low THD are acquired. At last, the example for explanation is given.
