摘要
世界各国依据本国国情采用不同的思路、组织方式开展能源预测预警工作,本文对3个典型的国际能源组织——国际能源署(IEA)、石油输出国组织总部(OPEC)、欧盟(EU)总部能源中心在能源预测预警工作方面从资金投入、组织管理、信息渠道、模型研究以及专家队伍建设方面进行了调研,并借鉴3个国际能源组织的有益经验,对我国能源预测预警工作提出了建议。
With different working and organization mode, the energy data ＆ forecasting system is being built and used in different countries according to their own energy situations. Based on survey, the paper studies the investment, organization, information collecting, and modeling works of the energy data ＆ forecasting system in IEA, OPEC, and EU. Finally, the paper puts forward suggestions on how to develop and build the system under the different countries＇ experiences.
