摘要
本文从真空中尘埃运动动力学出发,分析了尘埃飞扬原因和影响因素,对尘埃的防止和过滤提出了在系统结构设计和操作方法方面可采取的措施。文中列出了当前国内外常用的尘埃过滤方式,最后给出一种混合式尘埃过滤器的结构尺寸和使用效果。
Proceeding from dynamics of the dust motion in vacuum, the reasons and factors of causing dust flying up are analysed. For prevention and filtering of dust flying up some adoptable methods in design and operation of vacuum systems are proposed. Several means of interal and external dust filtering are listed. Finally, the structure and effects of a typical hybrid dust filter are given.
