摘要
在农业产业化不断发展的今天,黑龙江省的农业产业化主要模式为龙头企业带动型。因此,如何提高其企业竞争力从而达到抢占市场先机、增加农民收入的目的就显得尤为重要。但是必须分析影响企业核心竞争力的构成因素,并结合农业产业化所独有的特点,找出现有黑龙江省农业产业化龙头企业所存在的问题,这样才能提高其核心竞争力。
Along with the constant development of agricultural industrialization＇s, the chief mode in Heilongjiang Province is the agricultural industrialization driven by leading enterprises. So, how to improve the competence of these enterprises currently achieve the purpose of seeking market and increase farmers＇ income is especially important. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing the factors which affect the core competence of leading enterprises in Heilougjiang Province, combined with the unique features of agricultural industrialization, the paper puts forward some suggestions as to solving these problems and improve their core competence.
