摘要
详细分析了目前设计阶段工程存在的弊端,在此基础上,从推行设计招标、实行限额设计、加强工程设计变更和洽商管理等方面提出了在设计阶段有效控制造价应采取的各种措施,以降低工程成本,提高经济效益。
It specifically analyses the abuses of the proiect in the design phase at present, and on base of it, it puts forward the kinds of steps that should be adopted to control the cost effectively in the phase of design from pushing design call for tender and quota design, strengthening the project design alteration and management, to decrease the cost of the project and increase the economical benefits.
