摘要
结合高速公路管理体制和工程质量现状,对工程质量风险的应对策略和监控方法进行了研究,制订出风险规避、风险缓解、风险转移和风险自留等较为系统的、切实可行的风险应对策略和措施方案。
In tems of the result of risk analysis and the highway construction management condition, the risk handling strategy has been studled and the risk treatments including risk elusion, risk mitigation, risk transfer and retention risk have been analyzed.
