摘要
就违章建筑的定义、类别,尤其是对处理违章建筑的法律适用,结合执法实践进行了分析讨论,并对危害公共利益的违章建筑判定标准进行了介绍,以推动法律法规的完善和执法工作的规范。
The definition, clarification and legal application of unauthorized construction are introduced. Combined with law enforcement practice analysis and discussion are made. Further introduction i.s also made on judgment standards of unauthorized constructions in order to perfect related law and regulation to promote smooth running for law enforcement work.
