摘要
结合具体的工作实践,分析了县际公路及路网改造工程中产生工程变更的原因及工程变更管理过程中存在的问题,并针对性地提出了具体的改进措施,以使工程变更趋于科学、规范、合理。
Combined with the specifically work practice, it analyses the reasons of the projects altering of the county road and the road net reform projects and the existed problems in the management of projects altering, and puts forward the specifically improve steps to make the projects altering drive to scientific, norm and reasonable.
