摘要
针对建筑企业安全生产的现状,从加大安全教育、禁止挂靠施工、加强三级安全教育、建立有效的安全生产责任制考核机制以及正确处理安全与质量、进度、效益的关系等方面提出了加强安全生产管理的措施,以杜绝事故的发生。
According to the actuality of safe production of constructing projects, it brings forward some measures to strengthen the management of safe production from many aspects, including strengthening the safety education, forbidding cling to construction project, strengthening three grade safety education, establishing effective safe production responsibility system as well as dealing with safety＇ s relations between quality, process and benefits, so as to avoid the happening of accidents.
