摘要
针对目前我国物业管理的现状,对物业管理前期介入的利弊问题进行了分析讨论,提出应正确处理开发商、物业公司、业主三者间的关系,从而规范物业管理市场,推动和发展物业管理前期介入市场。
According to the actuality of logistic management in China, it analyzes and discussses the advantages and defects of early intervention, and brings forward that the relationships between developer, logistic and owner should be rightly dealt, so as to standardize the logistic market, promote the early intervention of logistic management.
