摘要
根据晚期肿瘤气虚血瘀的基本病因病机变化，归纳了陈光伟治疗该证的治疗原则和方法。在益气活血、补肾健脾的治则指导下，自拟山仙颗粒治疗晚期肿瘤取得了较好效果。
According to the basic changes of qi deficiency and blood stasis in advanced stage of tumor, we concluded the principle and methods of Doctor Chen Wei-guang in treating the disease in this stage. Based on the treatment of supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation, nourishing kidney and strengthening spleen, self-made Shanxian granule achieved good results in treating tumor in advanced stage.
