摘要
目的观察奥扎格雷钠联合低分子肝素治疗进展性脑梗死的治疗效果。方法将确诊的60例急性进展性脑梗死患者随机分为两组。两组均给予常规对症治疗，并与低分子肝素皮下注射。在此基础上，治疗组给予奥扎格雷钠静点，对照组给予拜阿司匹林顿服，14d后观察疗效。结果治疗组显效率为73．3％，总有效率90％，对照组显效率40％，总有效率66.7％，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，P均〈0．01，治疗前后两组神经功能缺损评分均明显减少，但治疗组程度优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论奥扎格雷钠与低分子肝素联合治疗进展性脑梗死疗效好，且用药安全。
Objective To discuss the efficacy and safety of Ozagrel combinecl with low molecular heparin in treatment of progressive cerebral infarction. Methods 60 patients with progressive cerebral infarction were divided into two groups . The two groups both were given casual treatment and low molecular heparin subcutaneous injection . The patients in treatment group were given ozagrel intravenous drip. The patients in control were given aspirin. Result The significance effective rate of treatment group was 77.3% , the total effective rate was 90% ; The significance effective rate of control group was 40% , the total effective rate was 66.7%. The clinical nerve function impaired scale both were de- creased . But that of the treatment group was superior than that of the control group. Conclusion Ozagrel combined with low molocular heparin in treatment of progressive cerebral infaction was effective and safe.
