摘要
在天然气开采及储运过程中,水合物会导致井筒堵塞、气井停产、管道停输等严重事故。针对大牛地气田DK27井在水合物防治方面存在的问题,对现场水合物堵塞规律进行深入研究,从地面环境温度为12℃和地面环境温度为-25℃两种情况出发,结合实际的注醇量和水合物生成条件模型,深入分析井筒中水合物的生成情况。从中发现DK27井堵塞的主要原因是由于温度的变化造成的注醇量不足,DK27井所在地区一年四季和昼夜温差变化,DK27井一年四季采用相同的注醇量是不科学的。因此利用水合物的相关理论对一年中各个月份水合物防治所需的注醇量进行相应计算和改进,为大牛地水合物现场实践提供技术指导。
During exploitation and transportation of natural gas,hydrate can result in serious accidents such as the well's plugging,the gas well's off production,and pipeline transportation discontinuity,etc.According to the existent problems in hydrate prevention in well DK27of Daniudi gas field,combined with actual amount of methanol injection under 12℃ and-25℃ temperature conditions,the plugging law of hydrate and hydrate formations case were studied and analyzed.It is known that the hydrate plugging reason of well DK27 is lacking amount of methanol injection,because area temperature change of well DK27 in a year is large.So it is not scientific to take advantage of the same amount of methanol injection in a year.In this paper,amount of methanol injection in a year is calculated by the hydrate formation model and compared with the actual methanol injection.The results supply technical director for DK27 operation.
