摘要
平落006-5井是平落坝低压易漏地质构造上的一口排水井。设计311.2mm井眼采用空气钻井技术钻至井深1650m下入244.5mm技术套管。为了解决空气钻井达到设计井深后,替入水基钻井液再下套管、注水泥固井面临井壁水化失稳和井漏等问题,第一次实施了空井正注水钻井液固井作业。分析了空井固井的7项技术难点。空井通井采用了模拟钻具配合划眼、加大排气量清扫技术,下套管采用了加长铝质引鞋配合平稳控制下放速度技术,注水泥采用内插管配合施工参数动态监测技术。介绍了现场施工过程中井眼准备及管柱下入、注水泥等工序,值得借鉴和推广。施工顺利,固井质量合格,创造了该地区244.5mm套管空井固井最深纪录,丰富了空气钻井技术。
Well Pingluo 006-5 is a drainage well in Pingluoba geologic structure with low pressure and easy loss.It was designed that 311.2 mm borehole was drilled to the depth of 1,650 m by air drilling fluids techniques,then ran 244.5 mm intermediate casing.To solve the problem such as borehole wall hydration instability and loss circulation after displaced with the water-based drilling fluids when air drilling fluids finished the designing depth,which may occurs in the process of running casing and cementing,the cementing without drilling fluids at first was carried out.Seven technical difficulties of without drilling fluids cementing were analyzed.The drifting technology without drilling fluids was introduced by simulating downhole ream down and increasing air flow rate.And the running casing technology was applied by extended aluminum guide shoe.Cementing technology was used by using intubation and dynamic monitoring working parameters.The job site procedures of borehole preparation,running casing and cement injection were introduced.Application results showed that the cementing quality was very good,and a new record of cementing without drilling fluids for 244.5 mm casings was created in Pingluoba region.
