摘要
为实现热处理生产线的自动控制,将PLC和触摸屏相结合设计了一条具有较好人机互交的自动化生产线。阐述了整个系统的控制要求,重点介绍了该热处理工艺过程控制系统的硬件组成、软件设计及工作原理。
In order to realize auto - control of heat treatment,combined PLC and touch screen to design an automation work line of good man- computer cooperation. The controlling requirement of the whole system were described, the hardware composition, software design and working principle of the control system were introduced in details.
