基于灰关联分析的有向图法评价陶瓷材料的磨削加工性

摘要 提出一种新的陶瓷材料磨削加工性评价方法———灰关联分析的有向图法。该方法首先应用灰关联分析方法确定影响陶瓷材料磨削加工性的各种性能因素间的相关关系,在此基础上结合有向图法进行陶瓷材料磨削加工性的综合评价。以SiC、Al2O3、ZrO2和Si3N4四种陶瓷材料为例,应用该方法进行评价,评价结果能够准确地反映各种陶瓷材料的磨削加工性。 Directed graph of analytical grey incidence process, a new grindability evaluation method of ceramics, was raised in this paper. The correlations of the factors, which influenced the grindability were confirmed by using analytical grey incidence process. On this basis, the integrated evaluation was made with directed graph. Taken SiC, Al2O3, ZrO2 and Si3N4 for example, the results can accurately reflect the grindability of them.
