摘要
阐述构建东北区域创新体系的必要性,分析东北区域创新体系建设中存在的问题,着重论述构建东北区域创新体系的路径。
First, this paper discussed the necessity of the innovative system of China Northeast. Then, it analyzed the problems in the innovative system of China Northeast. At last, it indicated the path of the innovative system of China Northeast.
