摘要
阐述当前国际反恐立法历史基础,就国际社会在统一恐怖主义的内涵、制定统一的《国际反恐怖主义法》和国际立法与国内立法协调一致等问题进行分析,最后提出完善国内反恐立法的建议。
The paper expounded firstly the historical foundation of international legislation against terrorism. Then it analyzed the actions that international society would further adopt on unifying connotation of terrorism, formulating a unified international counter-terrorism law, and coordinating international legislation and domestic legislation against terrorism. At last, it put forward suggestions of consummation on china＇s anti-terrorism legislation.
