摘要
研制了以中性载体冠醚A1为电活性物的涂碳罂粟碱敏感膜电极。该电极线性范围为1.00×10(-2)~1.00×10(-5)mol/L,检测飞限为1.99×10(-6)mol/L,斜率为59.53mV/decade。用标准加入法测定回收率为98~103%,RSD=3.4%(n=10)
The neutral carrier membrane electrode of papaverine was developed for the quantitative determination of papaverine in Chafing dish. The electrode showed a linear response to papaverine within the concentration range of 1. 00 × 10(-2) ~ 1. 00 × 10(-5) mol/L, the limit of detection was 1. 99 × 10(-6) mol/L,and the slope was 59. 53mV/decade. The papaverine in sample of Chafing dish was determined by standard addition method, The recovery was 98 ~ 103%, RSD = 3. 4 N (n = 10).
