摘要
高校行政管理工作是高等学校运行管理工作的重要组成部分,关系到高校教职工、学生的切身利益,也直接关系到高等学校整体的办学效益和教学水平,对于高校各项工作的联系运转起着不可替代的作用。随着我国高等教育事业的中专跨越式大发展,高校行政管理工作从内容、职能到地位、作用都发生了新的变化。在此前提和北景下,只有改革目前科层制度的管理方式,充分塑造核心价值观,才能不断为高校事业的发展提供源源不断的改革动力和人力支持。
The administration work in universities and colleges is the essential part of supervisory work of the operation of the universities and colleges. It has close bearing on the interest of the teaching and administrative staff and students, also relates to the benefit of the school and the teaching level, and plays an important role in the function of successive work in universities and colleges. With the great stride in the development of higher education in our country, new changes have taken place in the content, function and position of administrative work in universities and colleges. Under this premise and background,only by reforming the present management of the administrative system and fully excavating the potential of administrative personnel can we unceasingly provide the power and manpower support for the continuously reform in higher deucation.
