摘要
独立学院在我国高等教育体系中独树一帜,主要培养应用型人才。随着我国高等教育事业的快速发展,独立学院面临着系统内外的各种压力。如何更好地实现应用型人才培养目标,成为独立学院亟待解决的问题。本文引入SWOT分析法,分析影响独立学院人才培养质量的内外部因素,探索独立学院培养应用型人才的战略选择。
Independent colleges in the higher education system in our country are unique. With the rapid development of higher education, independent colleges faced with various pressures insied and outside. How to better achieve the objective of fostering talents become independent colleges issues requiring urgent solution. This paper has introduced SWOT analysis, analyzing the factors of impact on the applied talents training, and giving the information for strategic choice.
