摘要
采用CT引导立体定向技术,施行脑内窥镜手术40例,包括脑肿瘤切除20例、脑囊肿摘除8例、脑内异物摘除6例、脑脓肿摘除3例、脉络丛烧灼治疗脑积水2例、脑内寄生虫取出1例.病变均位于脑深部或重要功能区.术中应用钬激光和Nd:YAG激光效果良好.手术有效率95%(术后1月).术后无昏迷、偏瘫、颅内感染等严重并发症.
Endoscopic operations were performed on 40 brain lesions with CT-guided stereo-tactic technique. The operations included as followings: excision of brain tumor in 20 cases, ex-traction of cyst in 8, extirpation of foreign body in 6, extraction of abscess in 3, cautarization ofchoroid plexus for hydrocephalus in 2 and extraction of cerebral cysticerosis in 1. All lesions werelocated in deep brain or main functional area. Holmium and Nd: YAG lasers were well used in theendoscopic operation. The effective rate was 95%,one month after the operation. There was noserious complications.
