摘要
自１９８８年１月至１９９６年１月用ＣＴ引导立体定向技术８４２例脑肿瘤患者进行了放射性核素瘤内置入近距离放射治疗，其中男５１７例，女３２５例，年龄２．５￣８０岁，平均３２．５岁。使用的内放疗放射性核素有Ｐ－３２、Ｙ－９０，Ｉ－１９２。治疗效果满意，无严重恶主严重并发症或死亡。作者介绍了脑肿瘤内放疗的治疗体会。
From Jan 1988 to Jan 1996, 842 patients with brain tumors were treated with CT-guided stereotactic brachytherapy. Of them, 517 were male and 325 were female. Their agesranged 25 to 80 (mean 32. 5) years. The clinical results were satisfactory. There were no opera-tive mortality and no serious complication involoving brachytherapy. The authers introduced theirexperiences of brachytherapy for brain tumors.
