摘要
以市售骨折挫伤散作对照，对自制消肿定痛接骨丸治疗骨关节软组织损伤临床疗效进行了观察。结果显示，消肿定痛接骨丸优良率为９６．５％，对照组优良率为７６．６％。两组比较Ｐ＜０．００１，消肿定痛接骨丸疗效明显优于对照药。认为消肿定痛接骨丸是通过发挥其凉血活血、通经散瘀的作用而改善血液循环，促进瘀血、渗出物及坏死组织的吸收，从而减轻创伤炎性反应，达到治疗目的。
Taking marked sold Powder for Fracture and Contusion (PFC) as the control,the therapeutic effects of self made repercussive and analgetic pills for fracture healing (RAPFH) were observed in treating osteoarticular and soft tissue injuries.The results showed that the excellent good rate of RAPFH was 96.5%,while that of PFC was 76.5%.The therapeutic effects of the former were much better than those of the latter (P<0.001). It was considered that RAPFH improves the blood circulation and stimulates the absorption of the blood statis,exudates and necrotic tissues,and thus remits the traumatic inflammatory reaction and achieves the therapeutic purpose through its function of cooling the blood,activating blood circulation,removing the obstruction in the channels and dissipating blood stasis.
