辽河油田煤炭地下气化点火方式模型试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 我国存在大量深部煤炭资源,井工无法开采,可以通过深部煤层气化方式将其开采出来,深部煤层气化利用地面打钻建造地下气化炉,其气化成功的前提是点火,深部煤层气化不同于浅部有井式煤层气化,其气化通道比较狭窄,点火只能通过拐弯钻孔下放点火器或点火剂来引燃煤层;深部煤层气化点火时是在煤层存在一定的水和压力下点火,同时还要能在通道内实现移动点火。目前的点火方式有电点火和化学点火法,经试验证明:电点火不适应深部煤层气化,化学点火法——利用自燃性气体硅烷可以完成深部煤层气化的点火。 We have a great deal deep coal resources in our country. The resources can not -mined by mine, mining use UCG,UCG is a gasification process carried on in non -mined coal seams using injection and production wells drilled from the surface, which enables the coal to be converted into product gas. The gasification success in the deep coal seams lie on the ignition technology. The deep coal seams gasification is different from the shallow coal bed gasification. Because of its have very narrow gasification channels, the coal seams is ignited by porifire or catalyzer that be put by drill - well; The deep coal bed is ignited with much water and high pressure in coal seams, and need to be moved in the channels. The ignition means contain electric ignition and chemic ignition. In the experieme, electric ignition is not unit for the deep coal seams gasification, chenic ignition which is use of self- ignite silane can use in the deep coal seams gasification's ignition.
