摘要
社区护理是21世纪护理发展的方向。对我国社区护理现状进行分析,提出目前主要存在社区护理队伍结构不合理、社区护士自身综合素质不高、社区护理未得到社会足够的重视和理解等问题,要求社区护理必须强化服务意识,拓展服务内涵,提升服务水平,提高整体素质,争取社会和政策的支持,以促进社区护理的发展。
Community nursing is one of the development trends of modern nursing. This paper analyzed the current status and problems of community nursing in China, such as the irrational structure of community nursing team ,low level of nurses＇ general quality, insufficient understanding and recognition of the importance of community nursing in the whole society ,and so on. In order to promote the development of community nursing,it is suggested to strengthen service consciousness,broaden the service contents,improve the quality of nursing service and community nurses＇ general quality,and try to gain the support from the policy and society.
