摘要
目的探讨护士长值班监控护理质量的管理模式。方法护士长轮流值班,对全院各科室的护理工作进行质量检查,出现问题向护理部汇报,再由护理部反馈至相关科室,科室进行自查,自查后反馈护理部,护理部检查改进措施落实情况。结果提高了护理质量及病人满意度。结论护士长值班监控护理质量,得到了医护人员的认可。
Objective To explore the effect of the management mode of nursing quality control by head nurses. Methods The head nurses inspected the quality of nursing in the whole hospital by turn and reported the problems to the nursing department,and the nursing department gave the feedback to the related departments. Then,the related departments made some improvement and selfinspection and then gave feedback to the nursing department. At last, the nursing department examined the implementation of the improvement measures. Results This practice improved the quality of nursing, as well as patients＇ satisfaction. Conclusion The management mode of nursing quality control by head nurses is proved to be feasible and gain the acceptability of nursing staff.
