摘要
目的保障患者的安全,提高住院患者佩带腕式识别带的依从性。方法采用问卷法对199名住院患者进行问卷调查。结果199名住院患者中有43.72%在住院期间曾自行取下腕式识别带。原因:松紧不合适、影响输液等治疗、担心别人误解、认为佩带腕式识别带无意义等。结论强调舒适度,建立有效的监督机制,取得患者的理解支持,可以提高住院患者佩带腕式识别带的依从性。
Objective To ensure patient safety and improve the compliance of identification wrist brand among inpatients. Method The questionnaire survey was conducted on 199 inpatients. Results 43.72% of the inpatients took the identification wrist brand away by them- selves during the period of hospitalization. The main reasons included that the wrist brand was too tight or too lax,the wirst brand disturbed intravenous transfusion,the patients worried about midunderstanding by others,the patients didn＇ t realize the importance of the wrist brand,and so on. Conclusion In order to improve patients＇ compliance with identification wrist brand,it is suggested to improve the comfort of the identification wrist brand ,establish effective supervision regulations and try to gain the patients＇ understanding and support.
