摘要
简要介绍了中子俘获治疗(NCT)的原理、发展历史及最新进展,指出成功地实现NCT需要高质量的超热中子束、高选择性的NCT药物、严格的剂量计算和测量及周密的治疗方案。本文对加速器和反应堆产生超热中子束的两种方法及质量要求作了较详细的讨论,对BNCT、GdNCT、LiNCT、UNCT及相关的药物进行了比较性评述,并对我国开展NCT研究提出了建议。
The principle of neutron capture therapy (NCT), its historical evolution, and the latest developments were briefly described. The successful application of NCT needs high quality epithermal neutron beams, highly selective NCT drugs, accurate dose calculation and measurements, and well conceived therapeutic planning. Two possible kinds of facilities for production of epithermal neutron beam, i.e., nuclear reactors and particle accelerators were discussed. The requirements for epithermal neutron beam were also included. The comparative evaluation of four possible NCT varieties, BNCT, GdNCT, LiNCT, UNCT, and relevant tumor seeking drugs were given. The conduction of NCT research in China was finally suggested.
