摘要
试验研究表明,在紫铜中加入适量微量元素Sn、Cr、Te、P开发出的高铜合金AG1、AG2是加工超薄水箱带的理想材料。AG1、AG2合金成品带材的抗拉强度>390MPa,抗软化温度>400℃,电导率>85%IAPS,硬度(HV)118~131,能很好地满足用户要求。
The experiment investigation shows the AG1,AG2 alloys developed by adding trace elements Sn, Cr, Te and P in red copper are ideal materials for producing the ultra thin strip used for automobile water tank. The tensile strength of the AG1 AG2 finished strips is 〉390 MPa, softening temperature 〉400 ℃, conductivity 〉 85 % IAPS, hardness (HV)118 -131. All of these performance figures can well meet the requirements of consumers.
