摘要
目的探讨腭裂上颌前份塌陷的有效矫治方法。方法5例腭裂术后患者,前颌发育不足,4例植入下颌骨外板,1例植入颅骨外板。术后最长追踪2年。结果5例患者术后面容改善,面中份塌陷得到不同程度矫正。结论密质骨植入是腭裂上颌前份塌陷的有效矫治方法之一。
Objective To discuss the effective method to correct anterior maxillary maldevelopment in cleft palate patients. Methods A total of 5 postoperative cleft palate patients with anterior maxillary maldevelopment were evaluated,including 4 cases with outer table of mandibular as bone graft and one case with outer table of cranium. And the patients were followed up within 2 years. Results The postoperative facial appearances and anterior maxillary deficiency were imporoved in all the 5 patients. Conclusion The compact bone graft is an effective method to correct anterior maxillary maldevelopment in cleft palate patients.
