研制了一种动态微量气溶胶发生器。介绍了该装置的基本原理、组成部分、气路系统、电路系统和性能测试结果。
A dynamic trace aerosol generator was developed. The basic principle, compositon, gas flow system, circuitry and performance test results of the generator are described.
