牙龈炎口臭患者主要病原微生物的检测及意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的:评价牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Pg)和螺旋体(S%)在牙龈炎口臭形成中的作用。方法:对39例牙龈炎患者用鼻闻法分为口臭组和无口臭组,其中口臭组29例(HG),无口臭组10例(NHG),用Halimeter检测挥发性硫化物(VSCs),厌氧培养检测牙龈卟啉单胞菌和刚果红负性染色剂涂片计算螺旋体。结果:1牙龈炎口臭组和无口臭组牙龈卟啉单胞菌和螺旋体检出率无显著性差异(P>0.05),但构成比实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);并且龈下菌斑中,实验组构成比显著高于对照组(P<0.01),舌苔菌斑中,口臭组高于对照组(P<0.05)。2在龈下菌斑中OR值与Pg和S%呈明显正相关(P<0.01),在舌苔菌斑中OR值与S%呈正相关(P<0.05),与Pg无相关关系,在龈下菌斑中VSCs与Pg和S%呈相关(P<0.05),舌苔菌斑中VSCSs值与g和与S%无相关关系。 Objective: To assess the effect of Spirochetes (S % ) and Prophyromonus gingivalis (Pg) on producing oral malodor in gingivitis. Methods : 39 systematically healthy gingivitis patients were divded into two groups based on organoloptie rating(OR), 29 subjects with oral malodor as halitosis group(HG) and 10 without oral malodor as no halitosis group (NHG). VSCs measurements were deeteeted by Halimeter. Subgingival plaques and tongue coating were taken to calculate the proportion of Spirochetes (with 2 8〈 Congo Red Smears, S%) and the amount of Pg(with anaerobic culture for 48 hrs, the total CFU/ml of each sample was counted). Results: Counts of CFU/ml for either Pg or S% were similar in both groups (P〉0.05), the proportions of HG were significantly higher than NHG in subgingival plaque (P〈0.01) and higher in tongue coating(P〈0.05). In HG, OR was significantly correlated with S% in tongue coating (P〈0.01), VSCs was correlated with S% and Pg (P〈0.01 ,P〈0.05) in subgingival plague, not correlated in tingue coating.
