摘要
目的:探讨滑膜肉瘤组织学特点、免疫组织化学表达及其鉴别诊断。方法:收集滑膜肉瘤病例20例,观察HE染色切片及CK(Pan)、EMA、Vim等6种抗体的免疫组化染色切片。结果:20例滑膜肉瘤病例中双相性有13例,单相性有7例。免疫组化染色,CK(Pan)阳性表达率为75%。Vim、EMA在总体病例中阳性表达率分别达到60%和70%,显示了滑膜肉瘤双相分化的特点,而CD34、Des、S-100阳性表达率均较低,分别为15%、5%、15%。结论:滑膜肉瘤是一种具有双相分化表现的间叶组织肿瘤,结合EMA、Vim、CK(Pan)等标记物有助于滑膜肉瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断。
Objective： To study the clinicopathologic features, immunohistochemical expression of synovial sacroma. Methods： 20 cases of synovial sarcoma were analyzed by light microscopy and immunohistochemistry. Results： Microscopically, the tumors showed histological features： there were 13 cases of biphasic and 7 cases of monophasic in 20 cases. By immunohistochemistry, CK（Pan）,Vim, EMA positive staining were observed as 75%, 60% and 70%. This reflected the diphase differentiation features, But CD34, Des and S-100 positive staining were lowed. Conclusions： Synovial sarcoma was tumor of mesenchymal tissue which had diphase differentiation features. EMA, Vim and CK （Pan） staining may help the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
