摘要
分析了当前大型建筑物或建筑群中压配电网各种接地方式,指出选择中压接地方式的关键问题是目标配电网的电容电流及分布问题。鉴于当前城市电缆的大量使用,电容电流的增加已使单相接地故障接地电弧的能量达到危险的程度,而每种非有效接地方式都有其特点和局限性。针对上述情况,分析了不同条件下非有效接地方式的选用原则,并给出一种中性点不接地系统有选择性的故障相瞬间接地消除电弧技术。
It is pointed out in this article that the key point in selection of medium-voltage grounding is the capacitive current of target distribution network and its distribution based on analysis of various grounding methods for medium-voltage distribution network in large building or building group. Due to big quantity of cables used in municipal engineering, increased capacitive current has made grounding arc energy of single-phase grounding fault accumulated to some dangerous degree, and each non-effective grounding, however, has its characteristics and limitation. And so analysis is made, according to the situation above, of selection of non- effective grounding methods under different conditions. At last, the article gives the selective arc-suppression technology of instantaneous grounding in fault phase for neutral non-grounding system.
