摘要
在对铁黄合成过程分析的基础上，提出铁黄合成过程工业化放大的原则和关键参数。铁黄合成反应釜及搅拌桨等设备按相似放大时，铁黄合成过程放大遵守等反应速率的放大准则。在年产1500t工业化生产线上成功实施了铁黄合成过程的工业放大，生产的铁黄达到小试指标。铁黄长轴为O.25μm，轴比为10:1，分布均匀。
Based on analysis of Geothite synthesis process,the principle is inverstigated and the key parameters are given.The results indicated that the process of a-FeOOH synthesis must be scaled up according to reaction rate if the structure of commercial reactor is the same as laboratory experimental reactor.The process of a-FeOOH synthesis are scaled up at a 1500ton／year plant and the mean particle size of a-FeOOH prepared is 0.25μm with length to width ratio at 10.
