摘要
针对不同基因型的品种使用不同培养基组合进行再生研究。以12个地被菊品种为材料,利用3种分化培养基,以叶片、茎段为外植体进行培养,研究不同基因型、激素组合对再生体系建立的影响。结果表明:‘紫妍’、‘铺地金’、‘小黄星’、‘重瓣晚黄’、‘流金岁月’和‘金顶红心’最适分化培养基是:MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA1.0mg/L;‘玉人面’和‘新黄’最适分化培养基是:MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L;‘北林黄’、‘新晚黄’、‘国庆紫’和‘落金钱’最适分化培养基是:MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L。
Adventitions shoots were regenerated from leaf and stem explants of 12 chrysanthemum cultivars by using 3 differentiation medium in the studies. How different genotypes and hormone combinations influenced the regeneration system was also discussed. The optimum medium for six cultivars:‘Ziyan ' ‘Pudijin' ‘Xiaohuangxing’‘ Chongbanwanhuang’‘Liujinsuiyue’ and‘Jindinghongxin’ containd Murashige & Skoog basal medium supplemented with 6-BA 2. 0 mg/L + NAA 1. 0 mg/L , in ‘Yurenmian’‘Bailong’ and ‘Xinhuang’contained Murashige & Skoog basal medium supplemented with 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0. 1 mg/L, and in ‘Beilinhuang’ ‘Xinwanhuang '‘Guoqingzi’and ‘Luojinqian’ contained Murashige & Skoog basal medium supplemented with 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA0. 5 mg/L.
