新型增韧剂增韧PC/PBT合金的研究 被引量:9

摘要 研究了3种增韧剂PTW、AX8900、PT862对PC/PBT合金力学性能和结晶性能的影响,并对PC/PBT合金的微观形态结构进行了分析。研究表明:增韧剂的加入,改善了两相间的相容性,提高了PC/PBT(30/70)合金的缺口冲击强度;当其质量分数达到15%时,合金材料发生脆韧转变,此时合金的缺口冲击强度为纯PC/PBT的10倍多;3种增韧剂中的甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油(GMA)含量越高,其增韧效果越好。 The effects of 3 toughening agents PTW, AX8900 and FT862 on the mechanical properties and crystaUizability of PC/PBT(30/70)were studied, and the. morphologies of the blends were observed by means of SEM. The resets showed the compatibility and the notch impact strength of PC/PBT( 30/70) blends were improved by the addition of toughening agents, when the content of the toughening agent was up to 15 phr, the blends had britde/flexible transition, and the notch impact strength of the blend was about 10 times of that of PC/PBT blend containing no toughening agent. When the content of GMA increased in the 3 toughening agent, the toughening effects of the agent became more better.
