摘要
建立了包含3个一级指标1、2个二级指标的风险评估指标体系,并对指标体系构建原则、指标含义作了充分说明。此外,还将安徽生态省建设、皖南大别山生态敏感带保护政策揉合进指标体系中,增加了指标体系的可操作性和政策相关性。
The risk assessment index system including 3 first grade indices and 12 second grade indices was founded and its construction principles and index meanings were explained sufficiently. Besides, the ecological province construction of Anhui and the protective policy for ecological sensitive strip of Dabieshan Mountain in Southern Anhui were ＇also added into the index system, so the maneuverability and policy pertinency of index system were increased.
