Studies on Culturing Selectable Marker-free Transgenic Plant By Co-transformation

摘要 介绍了用农杆菌介导的共转化法培育无选择标记基因转基因植物的原理、方法、影响因素以及其国内外研究进展。 With the development of transgenic crops,the curity of selectable marker gene in transgenic crops has been corcerned extensively and how to culture the selectable marker-free gene plants has become the emphase of transgenic engineering. There are many methods that can eliminating the selectable marker gene. We surmmarize here the principle and method of co-transformatlon in addition to the recent developmentau over the world. Key words.
