摘要
开放的社会体系对边界效应具有敏感依赖性,这意味着边界的状态或开放程度事实上对系统整体的运作状态具有决定性的影响。开放的社会系统发展的主要途径是构筑强大的中心与边缘的互动体系,并以此实现系统整体的层次跃进。因此,如何激活边界并在重要的边界地带构筑中心与边缘互动体系之战略性支点区域,是我国西部、北部和东北地区所面临的重大课题。
An open social system sensitively depends on the boundary effect, which means that the existing open state actually can produce a decisive influence on the operation of the whole system. One of major ways to the development of an open social system is to establish a powerful mechanism in which the central region is interrelated to the border region,so that the whole system can take a gradation leap forward. Therefore, how to enliven the border area and how to build a strategic strongpoint to link the central part and the border area in major border regions have become an important research topic for China＇s western,northern and northeastern regions.
