摘要
通过对砖混房屋常见渗漏现象的观察和分析,从材料、施工、气候、设计等方面分析了造成砖混结构渗漏的主要原因,并介绍了所采用的防治措施,以此来确保房屋的安全使用。
Through observation and analysis of leakage phenomena of common masonry-concrete buildings reasons caused those leakages are analyzed from material, construction, climate, design and other aspects, at the same time corresponding prevention and treatment measures are proposed in order to ensure the safety and normal service of houses.
